Deflectra uses email/password authentication and also uses external providers such as Google or Github for the creation of or access to your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. You may not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Deflectra. Our intellectual property/product/application may not be resold or distributed with the aim of obtaining profit.
5. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle the data you provide to us, is also part of these terms. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with it. When creating an account on Deflectra, the email and username of the registrant will be collected if an account has been created manually, and this data will be saved and encrypted in an internal and secure database. When registering an account from an external provider such as Google or Github, Deflectra will only save the applicant's email. Accessing through external providers means you agree to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
